Creating your Postpartum care plan

Postpartum Doula care packages are booked in blocks of time. The hours can be spread out over a period of time (usually 6-12 weeks.) Each visit is usually 4 hours and can include: non judgmental listening and emotional support to help process the extraordinary and intense experience of birth, breast/feeding support, newborn care education and assistance, cooking and light home care, sibling care and adjustment, pet care, perinatal mood and anxiety disorder assessment and resources and referrals, tending to baby so you can take a bath/shower or rest. Care Packages

The Fourth Trimester Package- Includes a Prenatal Visit,12 weeks of nourishment- (Suggested Schedule- 3x week for the first 2-4 weeks, 2x week for the next few week, 1-2x week for the remaining weeks) Retainer Fee$1250

The Golden Month- Includes a Prenatal Visit, 6 weeks of nourishment (Suggested schedule- 3x week for the first 2 weeks, 2x week for the second 2 weeks, and tapering off in the last 2 weeks as you feel ready to fly) Retainer Fee $750

Ala Carte- offered in four hour chunks at hourly rate

How it all works- schedule a meet up to get to know us! Choose your care plan package and pay the retainer fee to reserve your spot. The Retainer Fee will be applied to the initial home visits and there after you pay per visit at the time of service. If you are contacting us after the birth of your sweet babe no retainer fee is due. We will do our best to work you in.

Retainer Fees- are paid at the time of contract signing. This fee can be broken up into payments if needed.

Hourly Rate- If you are contacting us after the birth of your little person then no retainer fee is due. Payment is due at the time of service.
